Overview:
Section 1.         WHEREAS, the property owned by Madison Management Company (known as Madison Barracks) bordered by Black River Bay, Military Road, Pike Street and Mill Cree will be changed from a "Heavy Industrial District" to a "Tourism and Recreation District".

 

Section 2.         WHEREAS, this zoning change takes effect immediately.
